Description:We are a multi-state law firm seeking a new full-time addition to our Accounting Department with preferred 1-3 years experience in accounting.
This person will perform accounting support activities for the firm. Person must have great organizational skills, be a team player, and have a strong work ethic. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency are desired.
We require background checks and pre-hire drug screening on all new employees

College degree preferred, accounting focused
Strong Reconciliation skills
Moderate to Strong QuickBooks skills
Accounting audit experience preferred
Clerical Work
Organizational skills
Multi-tasking
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to communicate orally as well as written
Ability to use Microsoft Windows and all components of Microsoft Office Suite- and the ability to learn new programs
