Position Summary
Radiology Nursing supports the following departments:
- Diagnostic
- Vascular Interventional Radiology
- Nuclear Medicine
- Ultrasound
- MRI
- CT
The population consists of following subspecialties for adults and pediatrics:
- Scheduled Outpatients
- Inpatients emergent and non-emergency
Staffing/Scheduling
- Staffing ratios are dependent upon procedure and department. 1 patient: 1 nurse in procedures. 1-2 technologists in procedures with nurse.
- Flexible scheduling options with self-scheduling
- .9 positions consist of 3 twelve-hour shifts each week from 0700-1900. Every other week end and 2-3 shifts of week night call per 6 week schedule
- 1.0 position consist of 2 eight hour and 2 twelve hour shifts a week. 1 weekend of call every 6 weeks
- Must be able to be onsite within 30 mins. of callback - we do have call rooms available if you live outside this window

Positions

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher
- Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required
- Basic Life Support is required
