8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Monday Through Friday

Shannondale Of Knoxville is seeking a Staffing Coordinator. This position reports to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for designing, implementing and managing staffing schedules for all Nursing personnel. This includes receiving call-ins and ensuring that all shifts are covered; as well as managing paid time off and overtime scheduling. Other duties include reviewing and approving Nursing time sheets for payroll purposes and checking employment references.

Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work well with others. The successful candidate must also possess good organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail. Applicant must be able to demonstrate competency in computer operations, with the ability to learn new software applications.

Health care staffing experience is required. Possession of a valid State of TN Nursing License is preferred.
