Seeking an Assistant Manager for a Starbucks Licensed store in Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey. We are looking for a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through their team; who is passionate about identifying and developing extraordinary leaders, creating great guest experiences, building relationships, and exceeding profit expectations.

This manager position would entail working along side the staff to support store operations, build and lead a great team, deliver legendary guest service, and drive consistent sales growth while controlling costs. Will be responsible for a high volume location.

Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, exceptional guest relations experience, and high level of attention to detail. Offering competitive wages and benefits, along with tremendous opportunity for advancement.

Prior Starbucks experience and management experience is preferred.
