The position: Checker and Detailing Manager

The checker is a leader responsible for the quality of our work through developing, managing and executing our structural detailing quality process. They are excited about developing a team, providing feedback and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute our quality process
• In Model Checking and Shop Drawing Review
• Lead, manage and develop a team

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• 10+ years experience in structural steel detailing
• 3+ years checking experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Tekla and Bluebeam
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural building plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
