We are seeking an experienced quick-service Manager to lead our Wendy's team in Stony Creek, VA.

Responsibilities and Duties

Overseeing operations for a Wendy's restaurant, you will develop and mentor your team-and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers-by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining QSC standards and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager in a fast paced restaurant environment.
• Strong skills in customer satisfaction, performance management, financial analysis and clear communication.
• Proven track record of proper selection and development of personnel.
• Passionate about delivering high quality food in a clean, safe and professional environment.
• Desire to grow professionally to higher volume assignments and/or promotion to multi-unit manager

• ServSafe Certified a plus.
• All education backgrounds accepted, must be 18 or older
