Copper Cup is hiring a new Store Manager for a NEW location in Mount Joy!!! This location will be the third Copper Cup location.

We are looking for candidates that have an eye for details, are passionate about customer experience, and enjoy building teams. Copper Cup is working on a new location in Mount Joy and we need to hire a store manager!

As a General Manager you are responsible for various key areas of your store - Communication, Facility, Menu, Finance, and Team. There are various tools and a support system to help you excel in all of these areas. The success of this role is in bring a leader people want to follow, setting expectations and following up, as well as paying attention to the details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,451.00 - $52,215.00 per year
