HIRING: Full-Time Store Sales Manager

COMPENSATION: Earn $6,250-$9,500 Monthly; $75-$95K Annually, Base Pay + Commissions + Performance Bonuses + Benefits

FANTASTIC RETAIL HOURS: 10am - 6pm Monday - Saturday

We provide TRAINING and pre-qualified leads and customers in beautiful retail store environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Store Manager will:

  • Embrace the training provided, become certified, and lead by example
  • Create A Friendly and Inviting Customer-First Atmosphere
  • Be a top sales producer
  • Achieve Sales Plans, Maintain Operational Controls and Customer Metrics
  • Help in the Recruitment, Interviewing, And Hiring Sales Associates
  • Build And Train Sales Associates in All Processes of Sales And Operations
  • Understand All Payroll Functions, Cash Receipts, And Commission Reports
  • Be willing to travel on a limited basis for training

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Commission based sales experience- Required 2 year minimum
  • 2+ years of experience in presentation-based sales
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Proven customer service skills required
  • Intermediate level of Computer and software Literacy.
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc...
  • Ability to maintain the POS, Phones, Printers and basic computer needs
  • Excellent Sales Management Ability
  • Have A Positive, Can-Do Attitude
  • Must Be Self-Motivated and proactive about reaching goals
  • Must Have Reliable Transportation
  • Must Be Dependable, Reliable, And Punctual
  • Physical need to bend, twist, squat, occasionally climb up and down ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers. Physical activity is required for this position
