Role Snapshot:
From day 1 you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects that make a difference in the company. Our team solves problems throughout the entire company by creating and implementing strategies for our Health Insurance and Government Contracting lines of business as well as our own internal compensation program. We are a small team with a lot of responsibility. From enterprise strategic planning, to gathering competitive intelligence, acquisition analysis, partnership development, building performance dashboards, and product/market strategy - we find opportunities, solve problems, and help shape the direction of WPS.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial analysis in Excel and creating financial models
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- An analytic or problem-solving mindset
- A drive to constantly improve
- A team-oriented approach
