Based in Prineville, OR with a satellite office in The Dalles, we self-perform concrete, framing, finish carpentry and more. Minimum five (5) years commercial construction experience as a superintendent

  • Minimum twenty (20) years in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of concrete and framing
  • Knowledge of building processes, practices and techniques in commercial building construction
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office and Outlook
  • Oregon travel may be required

  • Responsible for conducting and monitoring all work to see it is performed safely and in accordance with the plans, specifications and the schedule
  • Monitor the on-site performance of subs, suppliers, labor and equipment
  • Maintain quality control and safety awareness, and enforce job clean ups
  • Help devise a job strategy and a project safety plan
  • Submit electronic reports on daily activity, time cards with hours and cost codes assigned, job site photos, as well as purchase orders, work orders
  • Maintain a current project record including shop drawings, as-builts, product data sheets, phone logs
  • Coordinate and schedule special and permit-required inspections
  • Assist in successfully closing out a project in a timely, efficient manner to the satisfaction of the design team all others involved
  • Assist in completion of O & M Manuals
  • Monitor completion of all punch list items
  • Understand procedures for obtaining certificates of substantial completion, final occupancy permit and closing out of all permits
  • Ensure that all as-builts are properly prepared and presented
  • Expert Ability to read and understand drawings and specs
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
