Want to help little ones score big goals? Then being a Supertots Coach/ Instructor is for you! Supertots is a youth developmental sports program that provides kids with play-based games in order to promote social, emotional, and developmental growth for ages 18 months to under 6 years old. A Supertots Coach/Instructor engages young children through movement, interactive games, and instruction in a variety of sports with parent participation. The goal of Supertots is to instill a lifelong love of movement and exercise with parent involvement. A Supertots coach/ instructor will be provided a structured curriculum as well as training that will show them how to teach a variety of sports development classes.

The children in these classes range from 18 months old to 6 years old.

Work experience: Working with children of this age 18months-6 years old

Where: This job often takes place in Gahanna at the D-BAT facility as well as the Lewis Center D- BAT Facility. We also run programs in local parks and recreation on the North side including New Albany and Pickerington.

When: Weekends, evenings, and mornings. While there is flexibility with scheduling, it is expected that Supertots coaches have availability on the weekends. Classes run in 45-minute sessions.

Job requirements:

-Enthusiastic

-Patience with children ages 18mos to 6 years old.

-Provide instruction and lead a small group of 4-8 children

-Engage in communication with parents about development, behaviors, and curriculum information
