We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service driven individual with prior management and bakery operations experience to join our Bakery Department as Supervisor.

As a supervisor, this individual will be responsible for store level execution on merchandising, food quality and financial performance for bakery departments. Regular store visits to provide support, check on conditions, merchandising and follow up on initiatives will be a primary function of this position. The individual will also be responsible for training and directing store personnel on operations, service and company/department initiatives. Communication with the store level staff and main office personnel will be essential.

Minimum Requirements (Education, Training, Skills & Experience):

• College degree preferred or equivalent combination of skills/experience
• Five years of experience with Bakery retail, merchandising preferred
• Five years of people management preferred
• Must have customer service experience and working knowledge of Bakery foods/products
• Must possess knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to management special projects with decision making authority
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Sitting at a desk or table working on a computer and walking. Vision, hearing, speech and literacy (critical). Lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling or continuously standing.
• The travel demands require the candidate to be able to regularly visit stores across the state
• The time demands require the candidate to be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays for additional operational support
• Duties will be performed in the main office and stores

Other:

• TB clearance required
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements including dress code policy
