Position Purpose: Supervises data collection initiatives to achieve Risk Adjustment Programs (RAPS) medical record retrieval goals. Provides process expertise for the development, tracking, and monitoring of RAPS medical records requests. Collaborates with providers, vendors, and market leadership on the efficacy of medical record goals and initiatives.

Supervises data collection initiatives
Creates, implements and maintains improvements for processes and procedures
Supervises and develops direct reports with responsibilities to include but not limited to coaching, training sessions, holding performance accountable, and actively mentoring to ensure quality standards are met and are in compliance with regulatory (federal / state) entities.

Education/Experience: High school diploma / GED required. 4 years applicable healthcare, claims, chart chase and/or risk adjustment experience.
