Supervisor/Trainer
Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Training of crew members
- Employee Scheduling
- Ensure crews are properly equipped with correct trucks and tools to perform job
- Oversee Truck Maintenance
- Holding crews accountable to company standards and providing highest level of customer service
- A large portion of this position is spent in the field training crew members
- Maintain safety of crew and trucks
- Conduct site checks of crews
Job Requirements
- Must be able to or willing to learn how to drive our trucks
- Sales, Marketing and Operations background preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Thrive in fast paced environment
- Prior moving and/or junk removal experience is a plus
- Driver's License
- Ability to work weekends
- Positive Attitude
In addition to the base salary are tips and bonus incentives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
