Supplier Success Manager
who demonstrates the following skills and brings the following experience:

10+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years’ focus on the travel trade, specifically focused on business development and partner/customer relationship management.

Knowledge of the full ecosystem of travel trade, specifically suppliers.

Able to proactively identify issues, troubleshoot and analytically solve problems.

Well-organized and able to prioritize own workload and meet deadlines.

Able to perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines.

Able to effectively manage relationships with all levels of an organization.

Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of best practices in customer relationship management and retention.

Aptitude for technical software products.

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field. (preferred)
Job Snapshot for Supplier Success Manager: Tourism Exchange USA (TXUSA) is seeking a Supplier Success Manager to join our new product team. This candidate must be an established industry leader in travel trade for the U.S. tourism industry with a specific focus on suppliers including accommodations, attractions, tours and more.
The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of hospitality inventory distribution, experience with hospitality marketing and revenue generating tactics, and possess supplier relationships in the industry.
Essential Duties for Supplier Success Manager:

Possess in depth knowledge of booking integrations, reservations platforms, and ticketing systems across varying types of suppliers such as but not limited to SynXis, FareHarbor TravelClick/Amadeus, Siteminder, Cendyn, Inntopia, and CoreCashless.

Manage supplier onboarding including training and familiarization of the platform and maintain/provide support as needed/requested by suppliers.

Develop and maintain knowledge of customer service policies and practices.

Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the industry sector and the application of the Generate and deliver monthly reports upon request of leadership.

Work collaboratively with organizational staff and managers to achieve individual and team goals.

This position may require occasional client-facing travel, up to 25%.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 DOE
