What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Member Incentives Support Specialist to join our Team. This position is responsible for processes that support the provision of Value Added Services and the Member Incentive Program. Value Added Services are specifically targeted to members who experience challenges related to Health Equity in order to improve their access to these necessary resources and improve their overall health outcomes. The Member Incentives Support Specialist will be required to review reports, data collection platforms, or work in other platforms/systems to identify members who qualify for Value-Added Services (VAS) and/or the Member Incentive Program. The position will then follow through to ensure that members receive Value-Added Services and Member Incentives as appropriate by onboarding vendors, reviewing the applications when applicable, completing required Finance paperwork to request payment, and following-up to ensure Value-Added Services and Member Incentives were provided.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Monitor, track, and/or review incoming applications from providers, guardians, internal staff, etc., making sure to obtain and necessary information and documents needed.
  • Elevate questions or concerns regarding the Member Incentive Program for review and feedback and complete follow-ups.
  • Ensure staff have sufficient information and ample notification to process applications for Value-Added Services.
  • Reconcile items purchased through Value-Added Services and Member Incentive Program.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum two (2) years’ of clerical experience OR equivalent of higher education or higher education/experience

Preferred Experience: Prefer 2 years of clerical experience in mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities field

License/Certification: None Identified

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status office locations available in Ahoskie, Bladen, Camden, Greenville, Jacksonville, Wilmington and Whiteville, NC
