The Systems Administrator ensures the computer systems are kept working in an efficient manner company wide. This includes resolving issues with the design of the network, software, and computers of the Agencys systems. The Systems Administrator maintains these systems, monitors, answers questions from all staff and issues upgrades to meet Agencys needs. The Systems Administrator provides escalation support to other IT staff as well as internal and external stakeholders and vendors. After-hours and weekend work will be occasionally required.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology with 2 years experience in related field; OR Associates degree in Information Technology with 4 years experience in related field; OR a combination of certifications and experience in computer information systems totaling at least 6 years experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Ability to diagnose and correct hardware and software problems on Windows Servers, Windows desktops, and network devices.
• Must obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and successful completion of background check.

• Bilingual - English/Spanish

Physical

• Long periods of sitting, ability to bend, lift and carry up to 20 pounds, move equipment.
• Able to operate technical equipment.
