What we’re looking for

• Systems Administrator | Dallas, TX or Fort Smith, AR

Role overview & responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of IT, the Systems Administrator is responsible for organizational systems management of hardware and software applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure, providing support to ensure functionality and efficiency. This role will also champion resolving a variety of technical issues and coordinating communication with both internal and external teams.

• Maintain PLA enterprise business applications including NAV, Zeta Docs, and Jet Support.
• Own direct administration and maintenance of access management for all applications.
• Coordinate technical resolution between Managed Service Provider and users.
• QA and shepherd Managed Service Provider New Hire and Terminations.
• Provide direct support and maintenance with third-party application support for all applications.
• Manage existing Windows and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Assist in leading various IT related projects.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related filed preferred.
• At least 1 year working with related business systems, including experience with user setup and administration.
• Manufacturing industry and professional certifications, a plus.
• Any combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

• $70k to $90k base annual salary
