The Systems Analyst III serves as a highly skilled advisor to the business on all matters related to the use of FICO SAP Configuration and other assigned software applications. Role requires strong product/technical knowledge, a high-level of customer focus and business knowledge as well as the ability to identify and implement solutions to business needs and problems. The ability to contribute and play a leadership role in cross-functional teams is required, as is working and communicating effectively with software vendors, consultants, and other departments within IT.
The Systems Analyst III provides guidance and assistance to less experienced employees within the IT Applications department, and is a leader in supporting and improving departmental processes and procedures.
