We are searching for an energetic, positive, results oriented Recruiter to join our team. As an integral member of our Home Office Human Resources team, your passion for exceptional service is key to providing a premiere candidate experience. You'll actively work with home office and field staff to find the best future employees for our company. Your Focus

• Reviews applications and interviews applicants to gather work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Assesses candidates for cultural and skill fit. Leverages online recruiting sources (Indeed, etc.) to identify and recruit candidates.
• Collaborates with the People team, management, and staff to identify personnel needs, job specifications, duties, and qualifications.
• Provides premiere customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
• Helps hiring managers schedule and confirm interviews; executes background checks for qualified candidates; manages ongoing and proactive communication with candidates.
• Keeps an eye on the long term horizon to help recommend recruitment best practices and programs to attract talent.
• Develops and maintains contacts with external people and organizations to find and attract applicants. Proactively initiates contact with potential candidates.
• Develops and coordinates job postings.

Your Background and Superpowers

• 1+ year recruiting, human resources, or other relevant combination of skills preferred.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Experience with hiring technology preferred.
• Tracks and prepares hiring analytics and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative team player, easily develops positive rapport with candidates and teammates.
• Portland, OR based role - hybrid.
