As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage the administration of the candidate experience and own particular HR projects. You will be the key and foundation to ensuring the candidate experience is positive from time of application through offer acceptance. *To be fully set up for success on day one, you will need to come to this role already having experience with Greenhouse.
How You'll Contribute:
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system day-to-day including opening job requisitions, posting jobs, and pulling reports
- Own the back end of the ATS system, working closely with vendor to make updates, enable additional functions and manage integration with our company sites
- Provide excellent candidate care, helping to position Cannondale as an employer of choice
- Schedule candidates for interviews
- Manage candidate travel
- Submit background checks for new hires and maintain files
- Draft and send offer letters and other relevant candidate forms
- Manage the contractor process
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function
- Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience working in Greenhouse
- High School diploma with two+ years of experience in an HR environment
- Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Desire and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills and high level of comfort meeting new people
- Reliable and adaptive
- Great attitude with a work hard/play hard mentality
