Job Summary:
The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work under supervision of the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to support the full lifecycle recruitment process and will also provide administrative support to the HR Operations Team.
This position will be primarily remote with the ability to go into the Rockville regional office on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the full lifecycle staff recruitment process by submitting requisition requests for approval in ATS, posting positions internally and externally on job boards, prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate testing/assessments, conducting reference checks, and sending offer letters
- Establishes relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and assist in creating an effective recruitment strategy
- Liaises with staffing and physician locums agencies to source, identify, and place candidates for physician locums assignments, temporary positions, and hard-to-fill positions
- Supports the Employment Visa Sponsorship Program by being the initial point of contact, liaising with immigration attorneys, gathering immigration documents, reviewing foreign candidates, and following up on cases in a timely manner
- Supports the coordination and implementation of the Student Internship Program to ensure an ongoing successful program
- Serves as a MAPMG brand ambassador through social media presence and external communications, career fair attendance, and networking with local organizations and colleges and universities
- Assists in the planning and coordination of career fairs and recruiting events to increase the pipeline of qualified and diverse applicants
- Assists in maintaining ATS by dispositioning candidates and maintaining candidate communications
- Processes and submits candidate travel and lodging expense requests for reimbursement in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field is required
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of human resources experience; Healthcare human resources experience is preferred
- Proficiency and technical aptitude in the use of Microsoft Office products, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS systems; UKG HRIS experience is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally within all levels of the organization
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness when accomplishing a task
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, anticipate issues, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
