Tax Manager

SD Associates P.C. is seeking a talented Tax Manager to join our team in Elkins Park, PA. We are looking for an individual who is career-minded and willing to learn, work hard, develop, and grow, and who sees themselves as an experienced member of the team and a trusted business advisor.

This position is full-time and will work from our office in Elkins Park, with hybrid flexibility.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a CPA firm and a minimum of 5 years of public tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA license and/or a Master of Science in Taxation
• Working knowledge of Internal Revenue Code and experience with the IRS
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage engagements
• Ability to adhere to a high degree of professional standards and client confidentiality

Responsibilities include:

• Provide high quality tax services to entrepreneurial businesses and individuals
• Prepare and manage tax engagements
• Devise and implement tax strategies and advise clients on the tax impact
• Ability to supervise
