Position Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of Attraction System Support Specialists tasked with ongoing support of our attractions systems including performance reviews and financial planning

• Set and execute strategic vision for the Attractions System Support Team

• Prepare, test, deploy and replace attraction critical Windows and other OS based PC’s

• Troubleshoot PC and network-based problems during deployment

• Manage multiple competing tasks on a schedule while being mindful of budget and time constraints

• Coordinate work schedules and interface with maintenance teams and other system owners to ensure smooth replacement of systems

• Optimize security tool deployments and introduce scalable processes across PC deployment and maintenance capabilities

• Specify, design and build PC devices and other components into industrial control systems and networks

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and document our attraction PC’s

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience managing a technical team

• 5+ years experience in PC support

• Experience in a technical role supporting Windows PCs, Windows servers, networks, etc.

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems and software migrations, backup software, security software

• Ability to build, repair, and troubleshoot PCs from the component level

• Basic networking understanding including TCP/IP, DNS, FTP

• Troubleshoot endpoint network communication issues related to misconfiguration, firewalls, ACL’s, routing, etc.

• Willingness to work non-tradition hours, in non-traditional settings. This includes: occasional weekends, evenings, holidays - or in backstage areas that could include dark spaces, elevated walkways and industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an entertainment venue or attractions/theme park industry setting

• Deployment and troubleshooting experience with VMWare Workstation and vSphere

• Prior experience or a strong understanding of how to approach vulnerability remediation and mitigation within an Operational Technology environment

• Strong understanding of both Show and Ride OT control systems

Required Education:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, software engineering field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education:

• MS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, related software engineering field or equivalent work experience

• Certification including A+, Net+, Security +, Manufacturer certifications, or other relevant certifications

• Windows administrator certifications from Microsoft

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $136,038 to $182,490 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
