Job description
- ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Shift Lead.
- A Shift Lead provides leadership making sure facility operations run according to policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.
- A Shift Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Lead makes sure cleaning and maintenance duties are completed.
- Shift Leads are responsible for keeping the facility areas clean and safe for all workers and customers.
- MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

- When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups.
- While disciplinary authority is not given to this position, it is expected that the Lead will report performance issues to the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available.
- Customer Service Experience.
- One year of lead or supervisory experience.
