We guarantee the hourly wage (base pay + tip = guarantee wage), and can increase based on experience and capabilities.

Sizzle&Crunch is looking for fulltime or part-time crew members for a variety of shifts, who place extreme value on:

We prepare all our food by hand every day. No freezers, microwaves or can openers to be found.

We welcome all levels of experience at our restaurants. We’ll provide the training you need to feel confident working at your station whether you are building bowls, making sandwiches, prepping/cooking or being cashier. We take pride in our exceptional customer service and it’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our customers expect and enjoy. So, whether you have experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, prep cook, FOH/BOH or no experience at all, we’re always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team.

Working Environment:

Having fun requires you to be on your feet! You will be standing for the majority of your shift minus breaks.

Work out those muscles: At time you will be required to help carry boxes of food around ranging between 10 - 45 pounds.
