Technical Product Manager

We have an exciting opportunity as a Technical Product Manager to join our Global Innovation Group.As part of the Zeguro (www.zeguro.com) team, you will be working in a startup environment with a talented team based in the San Francisco Bay area. You will be actively involved in creating new SaaS features for about a million of our small business customers. This is a great opportunity to help secure small businesses, while learning about cybersecurity – a much sought after domain.
You will be part of the Global Innovation Group, interacting with product strategy, global product management, and software engineering teams, and will actively be involved in strategy and roadmap conversations.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for feature development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our SaaS cybersecurity risk management solution. You will partner with product owners and other business leaders to understand, formalize, and execute HSB’s digital risk management strategy. You will also create product requirements and documents consistent with that strategy and works with the software development team to bring features to market and ensure the financial and technical health of various features and coordinates a full range of activities that are required to deliver and maintain them. In addition, you will understand the small business segment and current trends in cybersecurity in order to identify opportunities to drive improved business efficiency and effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
WE EXPECT
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience in computer science or engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Total of 6+ years of work experience, preferably a combination of 3+ years of work experience as a software product manager, ideally on a SaaS product, and 3+ years of work experience in a technical role, ideally in software development or software testing
- Experience in working with multiple functional areas such as software engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing, and managing day-to-day technical and design direction
- Experience with APIs
- Strong knowledge for usability and customer-focused design
- Project management methods – Agile, Kanban, tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills and behaviors
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions in an informed, confident and timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate
- Familiarity with cyber security concepts and trends

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
