Required Experience
- MUST BE LOCAL to Bay Area for this position.
- Minimum 5 years experience with full life cycle recruitment.
- Minimum 5 years experience sourcing resumes on Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other related platforms.
Required Skills
- Working with Staffing Agencies.
- Proficiency in G-Suite
- Ability to work on a self-initiated basis.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple positions while meeting deadlines.
- Efficient, detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Premium customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
