Position Details
uBreakiFIX by Asurion is now hiring full-time and part-time technicians for our Bowling
Green, KY location!
Pay Rate: $10.00 – $20.00 an hour based on experience and 90-day probational period.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Work with customers and their devices to resolve physical damage, software issues, and
general electronic education needs.
- Greet customers and discuss the issue(s) that they are having with their device(s).
- Research resolutions to common and unique issues and provide price quotes to customers
- Contact customers who have filed claims through insurance or uBreakiFIX.com to
- Take detailed notes in the computer to keep track of what steps have been taken to help.
- Mobile Tech allows customers to have a technician come to their home or business and repair
- Strong analytical and math skills; strong attention to detail.
- Good (strong) oral and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of cell phones, tablets, and computers.
- Interested in growing technologies and smart devices.
- A desire to learn.
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Experience with electronics is a plus, but not a requirement.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs comfortably when necessary. (Not Often)
- Exposure to dust, noise, broken glass, and lithium-ion batteries.
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
- A valid driver’s license.
