The College of Professional Studies (CPS) at the University of New England (UNE) brings together all of the online programs at the University to maximize the strengths and opportunities for online learning at UNE. In collaboration with the Technology and Systems team this position works closely with operational teams to understand business processes and translate processes into the technology. The Technology and Systems Coordinator will ensure that the CRM platform structure aligns with current sales cycles and workflows, implementing appropriate automations, templates, and system configurations as necessary. This position is also responsible for documentation of technological processes through maintaining field definition workbooks and internal technical manuals.

Responsibilities
  • Address, troubleshoot and work to resolve individual issues within the system and log support issues to identify trends and topics requiring escalation and feature/enhancements.
  • Perform tasks associated with: user management, security, analytics reports, data management, audits.
  • Document technology processes and maintain the internal field definition workbook.
  • Create system and user documentation on policies and procedures for internal training purposes.
  • Identify and drive the adoption of best practices for technology across all teams.
  • Assist in the integration with college wide educational software systems
  • Collect requirements for system enhancements by facilitating appropriate internal discussions.
  • When necessary/appropriate, work with marketing, academic programs, and others to implement activities that support sales/enrollment cycles and workflows as it pertains to Salesforce and related systems.
  • Ability to build custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Manage requirements, relationships, timelines and deliverables with internal teams, vendors and other partners.
  • Report weekly on performance and upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or related field, plus one to three years combined experience in higher education, CRM/Salesforce/Pardot administration, consulting or a related area, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are desired.
  • Ability to manage a large number of concurrent projects and participate in data integration efforts.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
  • Ability to understand and report on KPI metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office – special emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills.
