Our rapidly growing team is in search of motivated LICENSED Real Estate Agents | Brokers for a Territory Managing Broker position to manage your local real estate market as we continue to expand throughout the United States. You need to understand your local market and real estate law for your state. You must be a dynamo with a leader and mentor attitude for not only new agents but experienced agents as well.

We are looking for people who think outside of the box. Someone who has a passion for not only their own real estate business but (without help) guiding and building your own team and helping your team members grow not only as individuals but also as real estate professionals.

This position will supplement your current book of business and nurture and grow it as well. So, if you still are passionate about your personal real estate business but want to stretch yourself and create and build something new, this could be your new home!

Compensation: $150,000 Plus at plan earnings Commission, Revenue Share (OVERRIDE), and Stock!

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions

  • Work alongside other Territory Managing Brokers to assist in developing business best practices. We welcome innovative and positive ideas!
  • Monitor the compliance of not only the brokerage but your agents and ensure that they are all following all company rules and procedures and adhering to all of their national and state Fair Housing alongside all real estate laws with our compliance team
  • Be a responsible resource for the agents/brokers on your team
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on support initiatives, retention programs, event planning, charitable and inclusion programs
  • What we have implemented thus far: Compliance, administrative tasks, and transaction settlement. We expect you to be available for questions, agent support, and our weekly/monthly meetings. That you be involved!
  • You will be provided training and coaching for this position and have a multitude of resources, online services, masterful education, clear and concise procedures, form templates, support and so much more to help you grow and assist you in your new position!

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • MUST already have a Broker's/Sales Agent license in the state in which you want to become a Territory Managing Broker (TMB)
  • MUST have a minimum of 3+ years as an experienced agent, along with an active book of business with a real estate brokerage
  • Have a longing to manage, grow and lead a team of prosperous realtors.
  • Thorough understanding of the real estate industry, including all state and (if applicable) International Fair Housing and real estate laws
  • Conduct yourself with a high level of ethics
  • Must be proficient in Google Drive; or willing to learn new systems
  • Need to be a clear communicator in both written and verbal always be open and honest and must be coachable
  • The Managing Broker will partner with Brokers Without Borders and contribute to building a world-class team within a given territory
  • A positive attitude is also a must
