Our customers need a high energy, ambitious Territory Sales Rep to aggressively pursue new business, grow existing business, and contribute to the growth of SITECH Louisiana. This territory will cover the Shreveport/Bossier area.

Our customers need a high energy, ambitious Territory Sales Rep to aggressively pursue new business, grow existing business, and contribute to the growth of SITECH Louisiana. This territory will cover the Shreveport/Bossier area.
What we’re looking for:
- Successful outside sales experience (2+ years) with a track record of territory growth
- Experience selling complex, transformational products or services
- History of selling into the construction or industrial industries is beneficial, but not required
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
You will be likely to succeed with us if you are:
- Results-driven and experienced with consultative selling techniques
- Disciplined and focused to effectively cover and grow territory
- Comfortable with all levels of management as well as field personnel
Here's what we offer:
- Base salary of $40k + uncapped commissions - OTE in Year 1 is $85-$100k, and $110-$150k+ in Years 2 and on
- OTE includes higher base salary for 1st 6 months ramp-up
