Job Title: Therapist - Vordis Group

Vordis Group, a private multispecialty practice located in Leawood, Kansas, is seeking experienced mental health therapists to join our team. Our practice is focused on providing excellent behavioral healthcare services to our patients, and we offer a range of core services including individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, family and couples psychotherapy, parent guidance, psychological assessment, and consultation. Our treatments are based on a thorough clinical evaluation, and we serve patients in both Kansas and Missouri through the use of in-person and telehealth service delivery.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health with diverse populations to join our growing practice. As a new therapist at Vordis Group, you will be provided with the support tools, insurance credentialing, and patient referrals to grow your own practice, and you will be compensated using a 60/40 revenue sharing model that allows you to work as little or as much as you desire.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients through individual psychotherapy, family and couples psychotherapy, parent guidance, psychological assessment, and consultation.
• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to ensure that treatments are tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records for each patient.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and attend staff meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct at all times.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health with diverse populations.
• A master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social

Work, or a related field.

• Licensure in the state of Kansas or under PsyPact
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with telehealth service delivery is preferred but not required.
• Pass pre-employment screening and background check
• Have current malpractice insurance
• PhD level supervision is available upon request for post-doctoral psychologist using a

40/60 revenue sharing model.

• You must be able to hold a temporary license to practice in the State of

Kansas, acquire and maintain appropriate malpractice insurance, and meet all pre-screening requirements to be accepted into the Associate Clinician
Program.

• Provide (2) letters of recommendation from licensed mental health professionals familiar with your training or work experience
• Must have graduated from an APA accredited program
• Must provide proof of graduate training (i.e., education transcript)

Compensation:

• All clinicians must maintain a minimum of 10 hours of billable clinical activity per week to maintain their status as an active clinician.
• 60/40 revenue sharing for independent licensed mental health providers
