Are you ready to become a pioneering member of the recruitment branch of our marketing team? Support strategies that generate a pipeline of qualified leads interested in becoming educators? If so, you'll play a critical role in the company and directly affect our success!

Responsibilities:

• Support job ad and drip email copywriting
• Closely review and report on job board data
• Manage external sourcing accounts by creating, boosting, and updating ads
• Become a world-class expert on job board advertising, job ad optimization + application conversion
• Monitor online employer reputation
• Support online and offline hiring events
• Build and oversee social recruiting campaigns
• Identify new tactics and platforms to attract candidates
• Other duties as needed to support the marketing team

The ideal candidate:

• You’re a storyteller who understands that branding goes beyond a logo and can whip up compelling narratives for different customer segments.
• You never accept the status-quo because you’re always looking for new ways to improve results.
• You hate staying stagnant and continually challenge yourself to find better ways to collaborate, organize, and learn.
• Curiosity and investigation is a strong trait of yours...you’ve gotta scratch that itch!

Minimum qualifications:

• Strong copywriting skills
• Intermediate Excel experience (graphs, functions, etc)
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with operating popular job boards like Indeed and Glassdoor
• High school GED
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or marketing

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
