Chitra Productions is looking for a Content Developer/Program Manager to support a contract for the Department of the Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio, Randolph TX.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum Experience: Twelve (12) years’ experience contributing to every aspect of training design, customization and methodology including client interviews, creation/development of training materials, reporting, and presentations of results. Minimum of eight (8) years of direct acquisition management experience in industry or DoD, preferably having at least (3) three years in information management/learning management support services. A higher educational degree may be considered as substitution for some years of experience or additional years of experience over the minimum may be considered a substitution for the level of degree requirements.
  • Agile software experience/certification highly desired.
  • Minimum DAWIA Level II in Program Management or equivalent desired.
  • Travel will be required.

Responsibilities / Required Experience to include:

  • Experience with managing training and education projects with impact across a large organization.
  • Familiarity with competency-based human resourcing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Will require integration of personal and professional developmental strategies across different aspects of Talent Management (e.g., development, learning assessments, evaluations, future looking perspective).
  • Will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Will design formal and informal learning programs, including classroom and online courses, on-the-job assessments, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services.
  • Will conduct assessments and analyses to identify new development needs and will recommend training methods accordingly.
  • Will maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge related to the field of instructional design and competency-based learning.

Position is contingent upon contract award.
