General Purpose

The Treasury Analyst is accountable for reviewing and providing guidance to cash management team, support all treasury matters for company and its subsidiaries, maintain bank documentation and monitoring investments. Serves as the finance liaison between headquarters and the operating teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as lead for day-to-day financial activities including daily movement of funds and reconciling activities.
• Provide support on banks issues, inquiries from other departments and operations.
• Assist with daily cash and liquidity reporting.
• Analyze bank fees and services, work with banks to resolve inaccurate charges and present recommendations to reduce bank charges and eliminate unnecessary services.
• Perform accounting activities including interest accruals and treasury activities related entries.
• Identify and make improvements in work process efficiency, reporting adequacy and service support as the focal point between HQ share service team, operations, and third-party service teams.
• Assist developing cash management, investment, and risk mitigation strategies which include prepare monthly hedging report, quarterly hedge effectiveness testing.
• Maintain banking documentation.
• Provide support to internal and external auditor partners
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a treasury analyst
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), specific understanding of Excel data analysis and pivot tables
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of technology software impacting day to day business operations as well as information systems.
• Soft drink industry or consumer packaged goods experience preferred
