• Collaborate and act as a liaison between Treasury Services Bankers and assigned Business Implementation Analyst to assist in the onboarding of all treasury products and services for new and/or existing treasury clients.
• Support Treasury Services Banker by following up on all committed sales pieces and onboarding clients into Salesforce to ensure seamless coordination between sales and implementation.
• Consistently maintain a high level of communication with Treasury Services Banker, Treasury Services Sales Assistant, Business Implementation Analyst and the client, managing clear expectations by establishing timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Establish rapport with clients on a regular basis during the implementation onboarding process to ensure client satisfaction is being met.
• Work with Business Implementation Analyst to coordinate and identify file mapping, testing and validation needs for all Treasury products and services.
• Remain current with regulatory requirements and understand the impact tor Treasury products and services, new and existing.
• Remain current on all Treasury products and services.
• Analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex data, financial data, and related issues in an accurate, objective, and straightforward manner.
• Prepare presentations and pricing proposals based on bank statements or analysis statements as assigned by Treasury Services Banker.
• Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work.
• Maintain confidentiality; adhere to CrossFirst Bank policies and procedures; comply with laws, regulations and industry best practices.
• Reliable and predictable attendance.

• Advanced knowledge of commercial bank products and services, with an emphasis on treasury management is required.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and influence others internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
