Autoworx in Eagan, MN is looking to hire a full-time U-Haul Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with U-Haul rentals and sell supplies to facilitate their needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A U-HAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a U-Haul Customer Service Representative, you are the warm voice on the phone that greets our customers and makes their rental experience pleasant. Each day, you speak with various clients who need to rent U-Haul trucks, trailers, or car dollies. Eager to help, you walk them through the rental process and then point them to other products they might need, such as boxes, wrap, and towing accessories.

Efficient and organized, you use your downtime to tidy up the front of the store and maintain a clean and organized lot. You also keep a close eye on our supplies, ordering them with plenty of time to spare before we run out. Our rental office runs smoothly because of you, and you get a thrill out of helping people who need our rental services!
