Job Summary:

• As the Ultrasound Technologist, you are responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
• You are responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.

• You will demonstrate the ability to perform surgery and portable exams.

• You will follow proper procedures for quality controls and HLD related to equipment and accessories.
• You will accurately follow physician orders, document completion of exam in Meditech, scan documents and verify images in PACS.
• You will handle coverage of Echo, Vascular, and General Ultrasounds as needed.

Parkridge West has provided medical, surgical and behavioral health services to the Sequatchie Valley community since 1998. The facility is home to a 12 bed Emergency Department available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Mountainview Treatment Center, located on the campus of Parkridge West, provides psychiatric care for adults and seniors. • Must be a Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current.
• Must have experience with Echo, Vascular, and General Ultrasound.
