We are GDIT. The people supporting and securing some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country. We are seeking a Unison PRISM Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

Provides technical knowledge and skill in using Unison Prism and Federal acquisition processes. Experienced in the operational environment and using high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on complex problems which require in-depth knowledge of the subject matter. Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of acquisition processes to arrive at practical, innovative solutions.

Leads a team of 8 supporting operations and maintenance including training, tier 2 and 3 helpdesk support, configuration management, vendor coordination with Unison and integration with Oracle federal financials and the date warehouse. Team activities include daily user support, quarterly updates, periodic upgrades, support for technical upgrades on a commercial cloud hosted environment.

Conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.

Collects and performs analysis on complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system

Performs detailed analysis and systems designs.

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.

May serve as a team or task lead.

Required: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years progressive and relevant experience in Unison Prism. Without a degree 14+ years required.

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $204,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
