- Manage team of administrators and developers - combined off-shore and on-shore
- Provide ongoing support to reporting users across all departments, including off-hours and holidays by setting up an on-call rotation amongst the team members and manager.
- Prioritizing work of each member and represent the group in larger meetings
- Develop documentation, QA and workflow practices for the team
- Conduct requirements definition meetings as needed
- Coordinate with business intelligence vendors and consultants
- Communicate project updates and status throughout the lifecycle of a project

- Communicating effectively with concise insights and/or visualizations utilizing software such as Excel and PowerPoint while partnering collaboratively with colleagues and leaders.
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to identify and effectively resolve challenges and questions
- Agile mindset, flexible and easily adaptable to new challenges
- Prior experience leading some sort of reporting team
- Several years’ experience developing in MicroStrategy or Qlik
- Ability to write SQL queries • Understanding of Data Modeling, Evaluating Data Sources and knowledge of Data Warehouse/Data Mart Design
- Data Visualization understanding preferred
- Any prior retail experience preferred
