We have an amazing team and are looking to add a Senior HVAC Technician who is eager to join a team that has an amazing company culture, great pay, great benefits and has fun servicing our customers!

Details:

• Hourly pay of $30-$40/hr plus commission!

*URGENT HIRE* $30-40/HR Plus Commission Senior HVAC Service Technician

• Retirement plan with 3% match

Duties

• Diagnose, repair, adjust, maintain and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Identify and communicate options/recommendations to customer when deemed necessary
• Travel to each assigned service call in North DFW service area within designated call timeframe
• Work with office team to ensure schedule is maintained, delays are properly communicated to customer and reschedules are communicated to dispatcher
• Obtain client signature for approval of work and payment
• Check in with dispatcher/warehouse manager once last job is completed
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and Dispatcher if a part needs to be reordered and service call rescheduled for a later time/date.
• Hand in any paperwork and physical payments in a timely manner
• Ensure truck is stocked with frequently used parts at the start of each day or when necessary
• Answer all office calls/texts in a timely manner as well as have an “on call” attitude when a day does not have prebooked calls.

Skills

• 8+ years’ experience as a HVAC service technician/subcontractor
• Great diagnostic/troubleshooting skills
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service/communication skills with desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
• Able to work an iPad – we are a paperless company so schedule, dispatching, invoicing and payment is done through a company program called ServiceTitan.

• Valid driver’s license
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
