Location:Employment will begin in-office in Logan, with the option to move to hybrid-remote after meeting team's Standard of Excellence.

UTILITY DISCONNECTS SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

As a Disconnects Specialist, you will:

• Contacting utility providers to research delinquent accounts
• Prevent services from being turned off
• Speaking on the phone with Utility providers, Collection Agencies (rare) and Brokers
• Verifying urgent disconnect notices to resolve them in a timely manner
• Communicating with property managers through email to reconnect utilities
• Occasional data entry responsibilities throughout the research process

• Are able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
• Act with composure, patience, and persistence during stressful situations
• Can solve problems independently using the resources and tools provided to you
• Are an expert at prioritizing your time to complete important and urgent work
