Valet Position (immediate opening for 2 qualified candidates)

Here at Copeland Toyota, we strive to provide the customer with an excellent service experience. As a valet, you are the first interaction the customer has with our staff. We are looking for candidates that are friendly and professional. Your position plays a crucial role in creating that environment. Not only are we looking to fill a valet position, but we want a candidate hungry to grow with the company and do more in their respective roles. Responsibilities:

• Greet the customer as they pull into the drive. Carry a friendly and professional appearance/attitude.

• Drive vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.

• Clean the driveway, sidewalks and other areas as directed by management.

• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and organized as directed by management.

• Provide transportation for customers, perform pick ups and drop offs.

• Must be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots.

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager.

• Other duties may be assigned by management.

• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and follow directions

• Ability to drive long distance

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid MA drivers license
