Milwaukie Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience within the veterinary industry and a basic understanding of things like vaccines, medications, and client education. Your role will be to greet clients face-to-face and on the phone. Strong phone skills and strong scheduling skills are required. Experienced preferred, but not required. You must have the ability to multi-task between checking in clients, checking out clients and taking payment, preparing charts, and maintaining medical records, all while having a positive attitude! **This is a FULL-TIME role**

Milwaukie Animal Clinic is a small animal clinic located 15 minutes from Downtown Portland. We have been serving the Milwaukie area for over 25 years! We have a very loyal, welcoming client base who genuinely care about us and their pets. We are a small but fast-paced, cross-trained team. This hospital is individually run by Dr. Katie Kralik, who has served the Portland area for nine years. Given Dr. Kralik's extensive knowledge in the industry, she understands the day-to-day challenges experienced at all levels of the hospital. She works diligently to create a collaborative and engaging environment for professional development. While upholding the highest standards in veterinary medicine, Dr. Kralik and her team strive to individualize each role in the hospital to utilize the team's skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
