Veterinary Care Specialist / Receptionist

Lakeway Animal Hospital is looking for a full time receptionist/customer service employee. Our desired candidate would have experience in the veterinary field., and have at least 2-4 years experience in customer service. Additional knowledge and personal interest in animal care and social media client communication would be a perfect addition to our staff.

Desired job experienced/ work ethic:

1-3 years experience in a small animal general practice setting.

AviMark medical database experience.

Social Media and marketing

Client relation and customer service - professionalism is a must

Canine pet handling - Cat knowledge and handling

Preventive care knowledge

Medial Customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Multi Line phone and appointment scheduling - is a must

Motivated to learn and continue your education.

Timely and focused - is a must

We are looking for that special person that loves to be part of a team, enjoys working with people as well as animals, and is a positive influence on their environment. Pay is based on experience and motivation to excell and learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
