Veterinary Technician for Office Assistant/ Sales Support

We have been designing and manufacturing sophisticated technology medical systems for more than 21 years in Palm Beach County. Our proprietary products are for clinical health care markets in cardiology, intensive care, anesthesia monitoring, pediatrics, neonatology, emergency, veterinary and lab animal research. The Company's product lines focus on several different models for each individual patient monitoring market. Digicare is currently seeking to add an outgoing, enthusiastic, team player for our Veterinary Technician for Office Assistant/Sales Support position.

Position Summary:

Office Assistant/Sales Support is responsible for handling customer service, clerical duties, creating daily packaging documents, as well as helping out in sales and service as needed. Veterinary Technician Experience is NEEDED.

As an Office Assistant /Sales Support , based in our Boynton Beach office (Boynton Beach, Florida), you are responsible for;

- Answer phones and transfer to appropriate staff member

- Take and distribute accurate messages

- Receive, sort, and distribute appropriate emails

- As needed, assist with preparing paperwork and shipments with FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders

- Shipping quotes

- Mail and email invoices

- Scan and file documents

- Perform outstanding customer service

- Assist with Technical Support/Service/Sales when appropriate staff member is not present in office

- Required to travel to national and international trade shows

- General office duties

- Must be a team player

- Must be willing to be cross trained

** Must be able to be TSA Approved **

** Please Note: This is not a remote position.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 year experience as a Veterinary Technician in the clinical setting
• Experience: 2-3-year experience in customer service
• Sales Experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with veterinary equipment for critical care and surgery
• Desire to learn and excel in tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Medical device industry experience is a plus but not required
• Motivated team player with a desire to grow with the company
• Participate in trade shows and traveling both domestic and internationally
• Training will be provided
