Position Description:

Equitable Education Solutions (EES) is seeking an innovative full-time Videographer/Editor to join our EES Studios team. The ideal candidate has experience and expertise in the following areas:

  • Videography/photography skills
  • Extensive knowledge of cameras, lenses, audio equipment, lighting, and other video recording equipment
  • Strong understanding of composition, environment lighting, artistic vision and visualization
  • Strong ability to connect and work with clients
  • Experience setting up rigs for specific needs
  • Setting up and operating a gimbal
  • Ability to transport and setup equipment on location
  • FAA UAV drone pilot certification is a plus

Editing Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative suite, especially Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Computer skills and experience
  • Organized workflow structure
  • Strong file organization

Other/General Skills Required:

  • Ability to take a project from start to finish
  • Strong teamwork but also able to function effectively in a solo environment
  • Strong communication with school partners and colleagues
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Good sense of time management, able to produce high quality work in a timely manner
  • Self-manage oneself
  • Must be able to handle constructive criticism, make revisions
  • Ability to think on the fly, troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may arise
  • Structured approach to projects
  • Willing to learn and try new ways to do things
  • Indiana resident

This job requires remote virtual work as well as travel to/from schools around Indiana. A personal vehicle is required and mileage is reimbursed. Salary is flexible but will be commensurate with experience.
