We are looking for a friendly and detail-orientated individual to join our Club Lounge Attendant team at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel!

Our club lounge offers our VIP guests a relaxing and upscale area to enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the morning and evening hors d’oeuvres with cocktail service.

Hours for this position are either for a breakfast shift or evening shift:

• Breakfast: 5:30am to 11am Mon to Fri and 6:30am to 12pm Sat/Sun
• Evening: 4pm to 8pm

Daily activities of the Club Lounge Attendant include setting up, maintaining and breaking down food and beverage displays; maintaining responsible alcohol service polices and procedures; maintaining cleanliness of the club lounge; responding to guest requests in a timely manner; anticipating guest needs and acting as an ambassador in sharing information on daily hotel activities and promotions and sites of local interest, etc.

Qualifications for the Club Lounge Attendant include the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; the ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time, and the ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

The Club Lounge Attendant position can be part-time or full-time with benefit potential.
