The Visual Merchandiser is a creative individual who has a passion for creating compelling visual and merchandising moments for our customers. You take pride in the store, understand the Brand aesthetic and are able to communicate this through your work. Reporting to the Visual Manager, the Visual Merchandising Lead provides solutions to store specific visual and merchandising challenges using brand standards and corporate visual guidelines to maintain brand integrity. In partnership with the Visual Merchandising Manager, The Visual Merchandising Lead adapts corporate visual direction based on individual store need and inventory levels and drives sales through strategic merchandise placement and compelling displays. On the salesfloor, you will deliver a great shopping experience for our customers. You will support your team to drive results, deliver best-in-class service and educate customers on our loyalty programs. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a customer-first mindset.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising expectations
• Partner with Visual Merchandising manager to execute, uphold, and maintain all visual standards
• Execute and install window presentations and in-store displays

• Experienced in merchandising and styling
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of store specific back of house workload
